1) The Diamondbacks re-signed Ps Brandon Webb (4 years, $19.5 million contract, with an option for 2010) and Luis Vizcaino (1 year, $1.775 million) and C Johnny Estrada (1 year, $2 million), to avoid salary arbitration.
