1) The Phillies traded 1B Jim Thome and cash to the White Sox for CF Aaron Rowand and minor league Ps Daniel Haigwood and Gio Gonzalez.

The trade is contingent on the players passing physicals and, due to the cash involved, the commissioner’s office’s approval.
