Some scouts think he has the best fastball anywhere in the minor leagues. Had some trouble with his control last year and struggled badly (perhaps with fatigue) after a midseason promotion to High-A. Slight frame (165 pounds) may not be able to handle a starter’s workload. Will only be 20 years old in 2012.
