Andrew, I think you got worst of that one. Don’t feel too bad, I traded away Stanton back at the beginning of May for Sabathia. The wound never heals, as Stanton pulls the scab off every other day with another homer. My advice, don’t watch what Lester, Markakis, and Johnson do the rest of the year. Posted 05/30 at 01:11 PM

Andrew - That is a terrible trade for you….just terrible. Posted 05/30 at 01:42 PM

I am not too concerned about losing the trade, pitching is very hard to trade for in our league and I was dead last in ERA and WHIP with no help on the waiver wire…Trading Lester hurt, but my OF is full with Kemp, Upton and Heyward, no use for Markakis aside from bench. Johnson is good, but I recently swung a deal for Uggla…so he was of little use as well. I gave up a lot of talent but I got two solid starters and a power threat for my bench(2 Hr’s and 6 RBI since the deal was accepted) Posted 05/30 at 03:00 PM

Oof, Derek Holland just gave up 8 ER’s to the Mariners in less than 2 innings pitched. Hopefully the trade didn’t clear until tomorrow. Posted 05/30 at 11:07 PM

In what context can you consider Greinke, Mauer, and Weiters as “under the radar players?” I think your doppler needs to be adjusted on those guys, but I like the premise and other points made in the article. Posted 05/30 at 11:10 PM

Trade Clears today…missed out on the whole thing. Hopefully it’s a blip on the radar and not a sign of things to come. Posted 05/31 at 08:31 AM

A few of my players are mentioned on the lists above: Justin Upton, Duda and Hosmer. I am waiting for them to bust out. Any opinions on if nd when this will happen? Upton and Hosmer have been especially frustrating. Posted 06/01 at 09:21 AM

Just swapped Lester, Markakis and Kelly Johnson for Edwin Jackson, Derek Holland, and Josh Willingham. I get the last three. Pitching staff includes the likes of Lincecum, Wainwright, Minor, Nolasco. Hitters include, Hanley, A-Gon, Kemp, Justin Upton.
I don’t think I am crazy for swapping, but it seems too lopsided initially and I am second guessing.
