(Re)-introducing THT Live

As you might have noticed, over the weekend we revamped our THT Notes a bit: re-christening it as "THT Live," pushing it up the page and updating the format to more of a blog-oriented look.

Going forward, some regular THT features will be posted in THT Live, including the THT Links, which will now be updated multiple times a day, THT Mailbag items, which will be posted as they are responded to, and THT round table discussions.
