The 2004 Scouting Report by the Fans for the Fansby Dave StudemanNovember 08, 2004 One of our favorite baseball analysts, whose nom de plume is Tangotiger, is once again collecting your feedback for his annual Fielding Scouting Report. Tango's goal is to leverage the power of the Internet and collect information from the average baseball fan who knows a lot about his/her team's fielding strengths and weaknesses. It's sort of like democracy -- if more fans participate, the results are that much more valid. So drop by his site and submit your own scouting reports. It will just take a couple of minutes.
