Let’s make it a reality competition show along the lines of “The Apprentice”; 12 managerial candidates can be placed into a variety of live game decision situations, then they go through a judging/evaluation process in which they are criticized openly in front of the other contestants, with the lowest performer each week getting told, “You’re fired!” I guarantee it will generate higher ratings than an actual Pirates telecast!
