Our Win Shares are now updated through yesterday's games (July 28). A-Rod and Vlad continue to fight it out for the American League lead, and the National League has a new leader in WSAB: Brad Penny. Plus, Eric Byrnes continues to have a surprisingly good year. He's not only having a career year at the plate, his fielding stats are very good and the Diamondbacks are six games above their projected wins (which helps boost his total).
