Pedro out a couple months

Posted by Bryan Tsao
And the fans at MetsBlog are getting restless, including one MetsTank2008, who writes:
El Duque won’t pitch again in a Mets uniform….and Pedro will come back at the end of June, pitch 2 games and get hurt again.

Lets all move on as a fan base and organization without these 2 guys. They are old and finished, and its foolish to lag on anticipating their returns. Pelfrey and Nelson are now your 4 and 5 guys.

At this point in the game, I don’t even want El Duque or Pedro in the rotation. Let the younger guys solidify the spots.
These 2 have done nothing the last few years but dissapoint, dissapoint, and dissapoint some more. The Mets need to move on without either of them….they will be much better off in the long run.
