Well, I doubt the founder/owner/operator of baseball-reference.com and the entire sports-reference monolith is really a millionare (it ain't a one-man show and I don't know if this is a one lump sum thing or not), but apparently, he came into the money as FSV bought of share of his company. From the article:
The amount is undisclosed; SBJ describes it as low seven figure, which sounds on par with similar deals.
