Top games of the week: Aug. 14-20

Listed below are the top five games of the week, as per Max Marchi's methodology.

This week produced as many three-star games as the entire month of July. The first place Dodgers-Rockies game saw the Rockies erase a two-run, 12th-inning deficit and then win in the 13th despite two outs to start the inning. The game is ranked ninth for the season.
