I've argued for a while (like many others) that Chien-Ming Wang's low strikeout rate shouldn't be a concern, because he has the stuff to strike out batters but has chosen to rely on his sinker instead. This year, as Dave Cameron points out, it appears that Wang is leaning more on his strikeout stuff. He's been an even better pitcher as a result.
