Jack Wilson was scratched from a rehab appearance with Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday due to cold weather, but is still on track to return Tuesday.
Wilson headed to Pittsburgh instead and will work out with the team Monday. He's been out since April 25 with a sprained left middle finger and will return to a 255/.314/.319 line.

According to the Everett Herald, Felix Hernandez "emphatically denied" that anything is wrong with him physically when probed by reporters Sunday.
Hernandez surrendered six runs against the Twins on Saturday, including a two-run homer to Joe Mauer. "I'm fine," said King Felix. "No problems. I made a couple mistakes, but (Joe) Mauer wasn't a mistake. He (can hit) anything." He's expected to be fine for his next scheduled start.

Brad Ziegler was taken for chest X-rays Sunday after a bout with the flu and asthma this past week.
A's team doctors want to make sure he doesn't have pneumonia. He's currently taking five medications and predicted that he won't be back to full strength for another 10 days. Look for the A's to place him on the disabled list fairly soon if the X-rays show anything suspicious. Oakland is likely to employ a committee of closers while he's out, but Andrew Bailey got the nod Saturday.

Troy Tulowitzki was removed from Sunday's game with an injured quad.
Tulo hit a solo home run before he incurred the injury. "I'm feeling all right," he said. "I went and got some treatment, so we'll see how it feels tomorrow. It will be nice to have a day off. We'll come back on Tuesday, do some stuff and see if I'm ready to go."

According to the Astros' team website, "it may be a couple more days" before Lance Berkman (wrist) returns to action.
Manager Cecil Cooper has insisted that Berkman won't require a stint on the disabled list, but he's already missed three straight games with lingering soreness in his left wrist. We'll keep an eye on the situation. Berkman had been hitting just .184/.325/.417 in 103 at-bats.

Dustin Pedroia will sit out Monday with a strained right groin.
Pedroia suffered the injury on Sunday night and Manager Terry Francona quickly made the decision to sit him for at least one game. "I'm all right," Pedroia said. "Kind of been playing with this for about a week and a half. Just took a swing and my cleat kind of got caught in the ground. Hurt pretty good. Day off tomorrow will be nice."

Chien Ming Wang (hip, foot) will make his first rehab start Tuesday night for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Wang will throw close to 100 pitches and could rejoin the Yankees' starting rotation by the end of the week if the results are positive. "That's something we would definitely look at," manager Joe Girardi said. "We'll go start-by-start and address his situation after each start."

Royals placed RHP Joakim Soria on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 8, with a sore right shoulder.
Soria is 7-for-7 in save opportunities with a 2.08 ERA and may simply be working through some fatigue issues. He is hoping to return the day he's eligible. Juan Cruz is likely to get the majority of save chances while he's out.

The Marlins have reportedly sent Cameron Maybin down to Triple-A New Orleans.
Not that Maybin has been any good this year, but it's remarkable that the Marlins seem to favor Emilio Bonifacio so much more, especially since Bonifacio has been even worse lately. The Marlins have even chosen to replace Maybin with an infielder when Chris Coghlan would have made a lot more sense at third base. Maybin will be back, and he's worth holding on to in NL-only leagues.

Standings

The graphics next to each team are called "sparklines.” They depict each team’s performance over the last month. Each "up" bar is a victory and a "down" bar is a loss. There are horizontal lines for home games and red bars represent games decided by two runs or less. "PWins" is short for Projected Wins, based on each team’s Run Differential, and is often a better measure of a team’s true strength. Other team graphs and stats can be found on our Team Page.
