There are few decisions I've made in this life that weren't much better for having waited and thought about it a bit before jumping in. Good for Miami for taking its time. I don’t think the motives here are principle or policy, I think it’s pure politics. I think some of the politicians involved have determined (rightly or wrongly) that this is the wrong time to be associated with the union of public dollars and pro sports.
