It’s funny because it’s true

I probably need to put an end to all steroid-related snark on this blog, because I'm never going to be able to do it better than this.

So, are we assuming Tony Pena, Jr is juicing also?

I mean, he did hit a HR this year?

LOL, the bit about Counsell buying a sandwich at the end is awesome.

That’s BS.  Counsell is definitely a juicer.

Believe it or not, Counsell made $16,480,001 in his twelve years.  That’s not enough to live extravagantly for the rest of his life, but probably enough that buying sandwiches is not a problem =)

16.5 mil isn’t ENOUGH to live extravangantly for another 50 years or so!!

That’s $330,000 a year. And he can’t live on that in a comfortable lifestyle without ever working again, affording servants, travel, and pretty much anything he wants.

What a shame. Maybe we need to start some sort of support group for these guys. No wonder the big stars juice. They would be poor and destitute otherwise.

Maybe they’ll end up needing food stamps, like a certian other segment of society I won’t mention here.
