Sorry so quiet today, but I've been buried in legal work, and will continue to be for the next hour or two. I'm hoping to get a few things up yet this afternoon, but I can't make any promises. In the meantime, I wrote six things over at CTB this morning, and they're at lease worth a perusal.

Craig I am wondering (and I apologize if you’ve already touched on this) if you’ve done any reading on the American Needle vs. NFL Supreme Court case? I’ve been reading about it and it still seems confusing to me. Could a decision in favor of the NFL really be a doomsday sentence for the 4 major North American sports like some journalists are implying?
