Good point. I’ll try to change it up. I think it’s mostly because I’m usually pissed off to be buried with legal work when I have to post it and my creativity is sapped out of me. Posted 09/15 at 03:03 PM

Story of my life. Where’s the job paying 6 figures, working say 11am to 1pm Tues to Thurs. Now that’d be a dream job… Posted 09/15 at 06:25 PM

Don’t know exactly where Shyster words but it sounds like the Att’y Gen’l's office. Everybody I know who works for the gov’t, has a real bummer of an internet policy. I don’t know what I’d do… probably a bit more productive, but my level of baseball data would be much reduced. That would also make me much more irritable! Posted 09/15 at 09:03 PM

Internet policy isn’t really a problem. It’s legal workload. For the past 3-4 weeks it has been a killer. And for as much as I’d like to think of myself as a blogger first and a lawyer second, well, the kids gotta eat. Posted 09/15 at 10:02 PM

How come the ‘Programming Note’ Title is ALWAYS bad news? Can’t you fake us out one day and have the ‘Programming Note’ say something like “Work is slower than all hell today, look for another 4-5 posts before the day is out. That is all.”
