No, lets not. Because there are no economically depressed areas in the south, or the east, or the midwest, out west. It only happens in the inner city and where minorities live. It’s a godo thing this is a small town in the midwest filled with white people. Because if it was the inner city filled with minorities, then MLB might create a charity to raise money for exactly this kind of thing.
