THT’s Stats

The double is often the overlooked power number. This year, Mike Lowell has staged a remarkable comeback for the Red Sox, when many baseball commentators had given up on him. His double total is certainly helped by Fenway Park (15 doubles at home) but his comeback is legit; he’s batting .322 at home and .318 on the road and most of his homers have been hit on the road.
