HEATER: Week 3

For THT subscribers, the third issue of Heater is available. This week, we finish our overhaul of the pitcher pages with Next Week Forecasts: W, K, and ERA for starters, Saves and ERA for relievers. All numbers are based on True Talent (which itself weighs three years of historical stats) and are adjusted for the schedule.

Also this week is the return of our Minors page. Each of the Radar Trackers put forth the readiest prospects from their own systems; the full list covers 100 names.
