Where would Ricky Romero have been in this list of retired prospects if he was in the top 100 for 2009?

I have a hard time not seeing Craig Kimbrell, Wilkin Ramirez, or Ryan Streiby on that list, if this is a list for potential 2010 fantasy impact.
